ken mcleod - at the state house with new details on the galluccio hit and run story.  cambridge police are revealing that some 13 hours before the accident (injuring a little boy) galluccio was driven home from a gas station by cambridge police because a gas station attendant was worried that galluccio was too drunk to drive.  anthony - what kind of life are you living in your spare time?  kudos to the gas station employee who called the cops.  this one sorts out as:

jonathan elias - elias has a story on the state house priorities in the last hours of the current legislative session - specifically hearing expert testimony on the use of some sort of hook in controlling circus elephants.  in the report, elias has a hallway interview with a state senator where he questions the priorities of the state legislature.  instead of making a case to defend the bill and why he thinks it's a high priority, the state senator's response is to do his imitation of the martin short 60 minutes SNL sketch by trying to defect the question by questioning the priorities of tv news - citing their coverage of britney spears related stories.  (15 points for elias).  (-20 points for the senator's bad martin short imitation).

bill shields - bill is getting reactions from patriots fans on the belichick 4th down call.  it looks like bill enjoys a cocktail or two. (5 points)

town of charlton: giving town workers two paid weeks off near christmas to save money.  after seeing interviews with the town residents one thought comes to mind: i'm glad i don't live in charlton. (-10 points)
