frances rivera - methinks a hairbrush must stroke the fine filipino's tresses over 1000 times a day - a commitment to excellence that's loved and respected by us at the blog.    A++ on tonight's form-fitting, dark teal-ish sweater with the ruffled front.  aye carumba!  the 7news emphasis on the standing anchor plays right into the rivera wheelhouse.   her "hip to the side" stance deserves a key to the city.  she should do well in next week's power rankings - as usual.  (30 excited points)
